Payment and Security

Payment is taken when you place your order. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

How payments are processed

• Cards and wallets (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where offered at checkout) are processed by Stripe, a payment provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1.
• PayPal, where offered at checkout, is processed by PayPal. You are redirected to PayPal or shown PayPal’s own secure window to approve the payment.

Your card details are entered in fields provided by the payment provider and go directly to them over an encrypted connection. They never pass through or remain on our servers, and we never see your full card number.

Currency

You pay in the currency shown in the header and at checkout: USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CHF. The total in the order summary is the amount you are charged. We do not add payment surcharges. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fee.

Security checks

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (for example with 3D Secure or in your banking app). Occasionally we or our payment provider may need to verify an order before it is dispatched; if so, we will contact you by email.

On your statement

Payments appear on your statement under the name SELVORN.

Promotions

We do not currently run discount codes. If we offer a promotion in future, its conditions will be shown next to the offer and at checkout.
