No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your orders and save your addresses.

Yes, until it is dispatched. Email support@selvorn.shop with your order number as soon as possible.

Yes. You receive an email when we receive your order and another with tracking when it is dispatched. Check your spam folder if you cannot find them.

To the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the US and Canada. See Shipping for costs and times.

We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–9 business days in Europe and 6–12 business days to the US and Canada.

Depending on your country, import VAT or duties may be charged on delivery. Our Shipping page explains this, and we are happy to advise before you order.

You can return unworn pieces with their tags within 30 days of delivery. Customers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. See Returns and Refunds.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method and in the currency you paid.

The fibre composition and care instructions are on the sewn-in label of each piece. If you would like them before ordering, write to us and we will send them.

We aim for accurate colour, but screens differ. Each product has a close-up image to show the texture of the fabric.

The currency shown in the header and at checkout. You can change it under “Country, currency and language”. We support USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK and CHF.

Yes. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details. See Payment and Security.
