Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on selvorn.shop. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

selvorn.shop is operated by GHOST RETAIL LIMITED, trading as SELVORN, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company details are listed on the Legal Information page. You can reach us at support@selvorn.shop or +44 7856 275750.

2. Who can order

Our shop is for consumers aged 18 or over who buy for personal use. We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page.

3. Products

We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and styling items shown with a piece (such as shoes or other garments) are not included unless the product description says so. Where a product is sold as a set, the number of pieces is stated in its name and description.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency you select (USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CHF). Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. The total in the order summary is the amount you pay. Import duties and taxes may apply as described on our Shipping page. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order free of charge.

5. How the contract is made

Our product pages are an invitation to order. When you click “Place order and pay”, you make a binding offer to buy the items in your bag. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is formed when we accept your order by dispatching it and sending the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order (for example because an item is no longer available), we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

The contract language is English; where we offer these terms in another language, the translation is provided for your convenience. We store your order details and send them to you by email; you can also see them in your account if you create one.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the methods shown at checkout. See Payment and Security.

7. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and estimated times are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have named.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return items within 30 days of delivery under our Returns and Refunds policy. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; see Right of Withdrawal.

9. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

We are legally responsible for delivering goods that conform to the contract. If a piece is faulty or not as described, you have the rights given to you by the law of your country of residence (for example, within the EU, a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery; in the UK, rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

11. Intellectual property

The SELVORN name, designs, photographs and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, please write to support@selvorn.shop. We reply within two business days and aim to resolve every complaint directly.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
