Returns and Refunds

If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. This is in addition to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal that customers in the EU and UK have (see Right of Withdrawal).

What you can return

• Pieces returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached, in the condition you received them.

You may try pieces on as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to check it.

How to return

1. Email support@selvorn.shop with your order number and the pieces you are returning. A reason is welcome but not required.
2. Within two business days we reply with the return address and packing instructions. Please do not send parcels to any other address.
3. Pack the pieces securely and send them with a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.

Return costs

You pay the cost of sending the return, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. In that case we reimburse the return postage or send you a prepaid label.

Refunds

• We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.
• We refund the price of the returned items. If you return a whole order, we also refund the standard shipping charge you paid.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method and in the currency you paid in. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund; any conversion fees charged by your own bank are outside our control.

Exchanges

To change a size or colour, return the piece for a refund and place a new order. This is the quickest way to secure the size you want.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photo. Your statutory rights apply in full: in the EU and UK you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are not as described or not fit for purpose.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing us. Once dispatched, the returns process above applies.
